My name is SHANICE TULLOUCH the owner and director of LBS SALON & AESTHETICS ACADEMY.
Growing up I was always a very girly girl and had a profound passion for beauty, once I started college I really started to pursue my love for the industry and booked an individual eyelash extension course. A few years later I have now built LBS into a reputable, luxury beauty brand that empowers and motivates other women. Whether that’s making women feel even more beautiful or training and teaching them absolutely everything I know to help them become successful! As much as I love providing beauty services, training genuinely has my whole, entire heart. It is so rewarding when I am able to watch my clients, then turn into my students/trainees, who have become their own bosses and built their very own empires. These personal relationships are worth much more than anything at LBS. And we hold everyone that steps foot into our salon and academy very close to our heart.
My business completely transformed my life. When I began lashing at a very young age, I lived in temporary accommodation with little to nothing to my name, relying on external support. So when I say I love to see my students succeed, or see my regulars walk through the door before we have our therapy sessions or see new clients excited to try out MY services, it is extremely heart warming.
